Flat Rate Shipping:
We ship out orders from our Oklahoma City distribution center (4) days a week. Your package should arrive 3 - 5 days after it leaves our facility.
When it comes to reasonable shipping & handling rates; We beat our competitors every time. We can do this, because we use USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping whenever possible. However, at times the USPS shipping calculator does not quote you the best rate available. The majority of our competitors just count this over payment as free revenue.
To date, If your shipping rate was cheaper than what you had paid when you checked out, we would just send you a refund for the difference.
If we can safely pack your order into one of the available flat rate boxes or envelopes, and your shipping rate is cheaper than what you have paid, We will send you a refund. Alternatively, you can now elect to receive your refund in the form of a WesTiles.com Gift Certificate.
In addition, We can send all or part of your gift certificate to a friend or loved one that you would like to share the art of mosaic with.
Return Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your tile, WesTiles will exchange or refund your tile. Please email us with any problems & we will do our best to fix it. Buyer is responsible for all shipping involved with an exchange or refund.
Order Tracking:
If you have placed an order, we will email you a confirmation letter with the order number. If an order ships with a tracking number, we will send an additional email with the tracking information giving you the ability to track your order. You can opt-in to our mailing list to receive information from WesTiles.com about new services, features, special offers, and contests that we think you find interesting and valuable. We generally send only one or two emails per month. We fully believe in the Can-Spam act, you will always have the option to opt-out of receiving email offers from WesTiles, a link is provided at the bottom of our emails.
