Q. What shipping service do you use? A. We use USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping whenever possible. Sometimes USPS over calculates the shipping rate. If we can safely pack your order in a flat rate box or envelope and the rate is cheaper than what USPS calculates and you have paid, then we will issue you a refund for the difference. We ship out orders from our Oklahoma City distribution center (4) days a week. Your package should arrive 3 - 5 days after it leaves our facility.
Q. What is your return policy? A. If for any reason you are unhappy with your tile, WesTiles will exchange or refund your tile as long as it is in salable condition(i.e. tile is still on mounted backing, etc.). Please email us with any problems & we will do our best to fix it. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges involved in a return or exchange.
Q. Do you offer order tracking? A. When you place an order, we will email you a confirmation letter with the order number. When your order leaves our distribution center, we will send you an email with the tracking information, then you can come back to WesTiles.com and utilize the USPS Track & Confirm tool on our main page, giving you the ability to track your order.
Q. Why should I set up an account with WesTiles.com, will you send me lots of emails? A. No. When you sign up for an account with WesTiles.com, you can opt-in to our mailing list to receive information from WesTiles.com about new services, features, special offers, and contests that we think you find interesting and valuable.
